    Output and limitations

Sort training records by expiry date and flag expired or soon-due renewals.

Required headers: name, training, expiry. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD. Expiry on the reference date is due today, not already expired. Uses the reference date you choose; it does not verify compliance or send reminders. Upload a UTF-8 file up to 5 MB or paste up to 12,000 characters. An uploaded file takes priority. Up to 10,000 rows and 100 columns. Formula-like spreadsheet cells receive a protective apostrophe.

    Where are my files processed?

Selected files are processed in your browser. Importing a URL uses the download service to retrieve the remote file.

    What if processing fails?

Check the supported formats and file limits, then try a smaller file. Keep an original copy. A clear error message will explain an unsupported input or an unavailable processing service.
